Hi, I’m Haley Cox owner and trainer at One More Gym. I have over 17 years of lifting experience and a background in bikini competitions, and I’ve proudly owned the gym for nearly a decade.
My coaching philosophy is simple consistency over perfection. You don’t have to be perfect to make progress, you just have to show up and keep moving forward. I’m here to help you build strength, confidence, and a routine you can actually sustain, whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, performance, or simply feeling better in your body.

Hi, I’m Alex, a trainer at One More Gym. With a background as a former collegiate athlete and 11 years of football experience, I bring an athletic approach to training that helps clients build strength, confidence, and performance in and out of the gym. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Anderson University, and I enjoy coaching people at every level from beginners to experienced lifters using training that’s effective, approachable, and sustainable. I live in Kokomo with my wife and love traveling whenever I get the chance.
Hi, my name is Zach, and I’m a personal trainer at One More Gym. I specialize in muscle building and strength training. I earned my personal training certification through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) and I’m currently pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at Indiana University Kokomo. I stay open minded in my coaching approach and continuously seek new methods and training strategies to help clients achieve their goals as efficiently and sustainably as possible.
My name is Jonathan, most people call me Buddha. I’m a trainer at One More Gym specializing in strength training, and I earned my degree in Health Science (Exercise Science focus) from Indiana University Kokomo. I love the process of getting stronger earning every rep, building confidence under the bar, and chasing new personal records. I coach to help people discover what they’re capable of when they commit to the work. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, your background doesn’t matter progress is available to anyone willing to show up consistently, train hard, and refuse to quit.
